Media Queries for Device Classes

MediaQueries for device classes could be a thing. I’d rather go with input types, e.g. touch @ObiHill polarb.com/176083

How about media queries to target specific types of devices? Currently we try to figure out which device it is by querying height and width, which is probably as bad as trying to identify browsers by parsing user agent string. — Image by Obinwanne Hill (Source: Polar Polls)

Fair point, though I don’t reckon device classes could be a thing. I think we can have both though, I’m not sure it’s an either-or.

Agreed. In addition I’m interested to see how your/this particular @polarpolls will turn out.

The Ayes seem to have it so far, but only with a small majority. We’ll see.
