Animating Emojis

Back to the roots. This year’s animation is an almost exact copy of the 2019 animation that started it all. To spice things up, I’ve thrown in a third emoji, but that lives inside what appears to be a speech bubble, which is why it has little to do with the actual animation.

I had other emojis in mind for this year, but when I realized that the Camera emoji comes in two flavors, I did postpone everything else.
